Honeystreet Handmade is happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or incorrect products up to 28 days after your order has been delivered. All that we ask is that send them back in the condition that you received. Please return them to Honeystreet Handmade, The India Shop, Honeystreet Mill, Honey Street Village, Pewsey Vale, Wiltshire, SN9 5PS. We will replace the item or refund you.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days after reciept of goods. The full order must be returned and we will refund the price of the goods in full plus any delivery costs incurred. Orders may be cancelled via writing or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No Postage costs will be refunded for any orders cancelled or returned in full after (7) working days of reciept of goods.
Do I have to pay postage on goods I return?
We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. We also request that you send items back 2nd Class standard delivery via Royal Mail. If the items are faulty or you have received incorrect items please contact Honeystreet Handmade to discuss returning your order.
