Sweet Lavender Bath Oil
We have used Lavender essential oil as it helps to give your skin a refreshing new life. It is thought to improve blood circulation which can help to boost your complexion and provide your skin with that natural healthy glow that everyone yearns for. Lavender is thought to help in reducing stress so we thought this was key for when you’re reclining in the bath and hoping to escape from all the stressors of the day.
Petitgrain Essential Oil has a refreshing citrus aroma which combines with the Lavender smell delightfully. It is thought to promote relaxing feelings, and calm the skin, therefore helping to give your overall self a moment to breathe. Due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits, it is really useful in soothing and healing damaged or broken skin, so can be handy if your body is feeling a tad on the achey side.
We have specifically used Elemi Essential Oil in this bath oil as it offers a great rejuvenating treatment for your body. It is soft and fragrant and works as an antiseptic, which protects your body from infection and doubles up to be effective in treating wounds. As if that wasn’t enough, it is also a natural tonic, meaning that it can help to tone up your skin leaving it feeling more energised and supple. And last but not least, we have used Frankincense Essential Oil, due to its lovely woody spicy scent. It is also thought to help reduce inflammation, therefore it is a great natural remedy for soothing your skin. So sit back and relax and let this bath oil do all the work for you.
We use Apricot Kernel Oil, Grapeseed oil, Canola Oil, Avocado Oil, and Peach Kernel Oil, as the main base for all of our bath oils. All of these pure oils are light and emollient, meaning that they are non-greasy and also that they absorb easily into the skin. This means that while you bathe, these oils shall be deeply moisturising your skin so that you feel silky smooth.
And finally, we have used Grapefruit Seed Extract, as it is rich in antioxidants, and therefore is great news for your body.
