Pine essential oil is one we all know and love, one sniff and we are taken back to Christmastime and all of the joy and comfort that it brings. Cedarwood offers a deep woody scent and is thought to help in reducing stress levels, therefore leaving you feeling calmer and more relaxed.
Rosemary Essential Oil is a really exciting one as is it thought that its aromas can help to prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine (A brain chemical that is important for thinking, concentration and memory!), suggesting that it could be useful in improving brain function! It also can help increase blood circulation and therefore helps to make your skin look bright and healthy.
Other ingredients include: Bicarbonate of Soda, and Citric Acid, for that super satisfying fizz when it hits the water; Corn Starch, to slow down the bath bomb’s reaction so that the indulgent experience lasts longer; Apricot Kernel Oil, due to its wonderful moisturising properties; Witch Hazel, a natural liquid binder that we use in all of our bath bombs; and Grapefruit Seed Extract, as its full of antioxidants.
